The new 42” D42FMP1 LCD portrait display monitor from Westinghouse Digital is designed to meet the needs of the digital signage community and is ideal for use in shopping malls, restaurants or any public locations. The high-end D42FMP1 can display images and content in both landscape and portrait modes and features Westinghouse Digital’s 1080Pure™ for 1080p resolution out of all HD connectors and its DayBright™ technology that allows for high-contrast viewing both during the day and night. It comes equipped with carrying handles on the back for easy movement and installation and is encased in a metal frame for ultra ruggedness and durability in commercial settings. The unit also features a thermal sensor that detects increased temperatures and automatically turns on cooling fans. The 42” LCD portrait display monitor comes with a gamut of input connectors including RS-232 in and out; DVI and VGA; S-Video; component and composite.
